With strong support from the alumni, comprising many prominent persons from the government, business and private individuals, the B.U. Alumni Association in Thailand was established in 1981, providing a venue for members to continue the firm friendship nurtured during those years of study away from home. The friendship continues to bind even today, as B.U. does attract more and students to her rank. It is encouraging to know that B.U. is the University of choice for many Thai parents and students who with to enjoy her rich traditions, teaching styles and academic excellence as one of the first universities in the United States and indeed in the world.
